Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Player," "User," or "you") and fb008 (hereinafter referred to as "fb008," "the Platform," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at fb008.cam.

By accessing fb008.cam, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or participating in any game or activity offered on the fb008 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and participation in the fb008 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines, as mandated by PAGCOR, is 21 years. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception to all fb008 players.
• You are a natural person of legal capacity under applicable Philippine law, with the full legal ability to enter into binding contracts.

fb008 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

Account Registration

To access the full range of fb008 services, including the ability to place wagers, claim bonuses, and process withdrawals, you must register a Player Account. The following rules govern account registration:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active fb008 account. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fb008 may, at its sole discretion, close all associated accounts and confiscate the balances of all such accounts without prior notice or liability.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. fb008 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player. fb008 reserves the right to close any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your fb008 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your fb008 account against unauthorised access.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including individuals claiming to represent fb008 support.
• Notify fb008 immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your fb008 account on any shared, public, or communal device after each session.

fb008 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

Identity Verification (KYC)

fb008 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all registered Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS ID, UMID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your registered address, dated within the last three (3) months.

fb008 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification. Processing of KYC documentation typically takes one to three (1–3) business days, though fb008 may require additional time for complex cases.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

fb008 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq kiosks, and supported cryptocurrency wallets. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) across most payment methods, unless otherwise specified on the fb008 cashier page.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your fb008 wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) hours to reflect, depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. fb008 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested to any payment method previously used for deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. fb008 processes the majority of GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business hours depending on the receiving financial institution.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your fb008 account must be fully KYC-verified with all required documentation approved.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be fully satisfied.

5.3 Payment Method Restrictions

All deposits and withdrawals must be made in your own name using payment methods registered to you. Third-party deposits or withdrawals — meaning funds sent or received through an account not belonging to the registered fb008 Player — are strictly prohibited and will be investigated as a potential violation of fb008's AML policy.

Bonuses & Promotions

fb008 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• All bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements that must be completed in full before the bonus or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for fb008 deposit bonuses is twenty times (20x) the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within their stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are automatically forfeited without compensation.
• fb008 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per Player account at any one time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. fb008 reserves the right to withhold bonus-related winnings if it determines that a Player has exploited promotional offers through systematic or coordinated play designed to extract value without genuine recreational intent.
• All bonuses are issued for personal use to the individual registered Player and are non-transferable.

Gameplay Rules & Technical Standards

All games available on the fb008 platform are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface, in addition to these general Terms. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept its specific rules.

fb008's Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games use independently certified RNG technology that has been tested and verified by third-party technical auditors. Live casino games are broadcast from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Asia Gaming, each of which maintains its own certification and audit standards.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during gameplay, fb008's system logs shall serve as the definitive record of the game state. fb008's determination regarding the outcome of any game interrupted by a technical error shall be final. fb008 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures outside of its reasonable control, including failures of the Player's internet connection, device, or browser.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fb008 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one fb008 account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of the customer relationship.
• Using software, bots, scripts, exploits, or any automated system to interact with fb008 games or services.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play in multiplayer games.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, bug, or glitch in the fb008 platform or any individual game.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to circumvent geographical restrictions, identity verification, or IP-based security measures.
• Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name or engaging in third-party payment arrangements.
• Any activity that fb008 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financially illicit conduct in violation of Philippine law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of fb008's customer support team or other Players on the platform.

fb008 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all associated balances and bonuses, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fb008 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, the fb008 brand name and trademark, and the software underlying the platform — is the property of fb008 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fb008 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the fb008 platform without the express prior written consent of fb008.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data by fb008 is governed by fb008's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of fb008's Privacy Policy.

fb008 processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and any applicable regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. It will be shared only with service providers necessary for the operation of the fb008 platform, with PAGCOR as required for regulatory compliance, and with law enforcement or government authorities when legally mandated to do so.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb008's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the fb008 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fb008 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of gaming sessions, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the fb008 platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, fb008 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the fb008 platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond fb008's reasonable control.

Account Suspension & Closure

fb008 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if fb008 determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player's account is associated with fraudulent, unlawful, or AML-related activity.
• The Player has provided false or unverifiable identity information.
• The Player's account activity indicates organised bonus abuse, coordinated cheating, or exploitation of game errors.
• fb008 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent legal or regulatory authority.
• The Player has requested voluntary self-exclusion.

In the event of account closure due to a Player breach of these Terms, fb008 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no regulatory violation is found, balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method upon completion of the investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their fb008 account in good standing may do so by contacting fb008 customer support via live chat. The remaining balance, less any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements, will be processed to the Player's registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

Amendments to These Terms

fb008 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fb008 will update the "Effective Date" and "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page. fb008 may, at its discretion, additionally notify registered Players of significant amendments via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the fb008 platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms. If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the fb008 platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

fb008 operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute regarding the operation of the fb008 platform that cannot be resolved through fb008's internal complaints process may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published player dispute resolution procedures.

For disputes between fb008 and a Player, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via fb008's official support channels. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint, the dispute may be referred to PAGCOR's arbitration framework or to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
